Why such a dirty word to describe these delicious spices? Well it isn't actually a dirty word in Yiddish. Chef Marla's great grandmother cooked solely by the Yiddish “shit” method, which translated means to throw in a little of this & a little of that… and it is a method of cooking Marla continues to use to this day!
Ingredients: Spray Dried Monterey Jack Cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, and enzymes, disodium phosphate) White Cheddar Cheese (milk, cultures, salt and enzymes, silicon dioxide), granulated onion, pepper, salt, paprika and other spices, (May contain up to 2% tri calcium phosphate- anti caking)
