How To Measure Yourself?
CHEST: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest.
WAIST: Measure around your natural waist, generally at your belly button.
INSEAM: Simply check the label on existing pants (It is the 2nd number after waist size) OR Measure the inside leg of your favorite pants (crotch to ankle).
